You had to swipe your room key in the elevator to access our floor, which was cool. The room was on the 20th (top) floor of the Impanema Tower. We were offered a 'Super Suite' for $100 per night, which was normally $400 per night. We had a COMP room from Caesars Total Rewards program, but it was a Studio Suite, so we asked about upgrading at checkin. So we had booked 4 midweek nights at the Rio in October 2013.
